Hub & New DC Room

Construction Value: $3 Million                                                                                    Location: Kitchener, ON

Project consisted of construction of new DC room, new mechanical room, and modification to existing Hub room in total area of 7,000 ft2. Air management systems were implemented to change installation of server racks to hot aisle/cold aisle configuration.

The site was designed for 750 kw of cooling, addition of 500 kw DC power, 500 kw AC power and 1.5 MW emergency generator. Spectra provided electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and structural services
