Project consisted of renovation and expansion of 22,000 ft2 data center. Mechanical services included HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. Electrical services included power, lighting, and fire alarm.

Spectra provided full coordination of Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural engineering services from beginning to end. This included Design, Tender services, and Contract Administration. The project required extensive planning focused on equipment and system evaluations, best practices, conceptual plans, and associated costs and cost savings.
