Construction Value: $3.4 Million                                                                                 Location: Markham, ON

Project consisted of mechanical/electrical consulting services and project management services for fit up of a total of 25,000 ft2. This included office, TAC, lab spaces on 3rd and 4th floors, consolidating two Hub rooms into one space and allowing for the installation of new IT Racks.
